Prodlёnka is a new format of the student space in Odessa, which includes:
- Coworking is a separate silent area with all the necessary equipment for work: flipchart, overhead projector, stationery, printer, and scanner.
- Common area is a place where you can meet friends for a coffee or board games, or film demonstration.
Interesting events take place there almost every evening, including master classes, music evenings, poetry readings, workshops, film demonstrations, cooperative games, etc.

Student Self-Government work actively in each faculty, it organizes various events and parties: Freshman Day, Faculty Day, Christmas concerts, which program includes quizzes contests and sports events.
The Trade Union Committee of Students:
- every month organizes parties in the nightclubs of the city
- organizes an annual contest "Miss and Mr. ONU"
- organizes excursions, tourist, scientific and educational trips across Ukraine
- distributes free tickets to the theaters, concerts
- organizes the annual Student Day with awarding the best students of ONU and the contest "The Best Room" in the campus
- organizes an annual photo contest of student works
- conducts quarterly tournaments in billiards and laser game
- holds an annual tournament games "What? Where? When? "and" Brain Ring "
- organizes the work of the Student Social Service, which every Wednesday provides training and seminars that promote self-development of students

The Center of Culture and Leisure of students and staff organizes:
- thematic evenings, meetings with scientists, famous figures of culture and arts
- concerts, performances, dancing evenings, carnivals, humorous contests, different types of celebrations (for example : Student inauguration ceremony, Celebrations of Faculty Days)
- centre is well-known in Ukraine and beyond it thanks to its dance and music collectives
Volunteer Center of ONU is an association of students and PhDs who want to make the world better. Volunteers are engaged in different charity campaigns and social projects.
Book Crossing is available at many faculties of ONU. Everyone can find an interesting book there and take it away. There is only one rule in Book Crossing: instead of the book that you would like to take it is necessary to leave yours.
The University radio "ONU Voice" introduces students of the humanitarian faculty of the Frantsuzsky Boulevard to the latest news of University and Odessa, helps students of different faculties to participate more actively in student's life, to know better University and student’s life. Apart from University news, the jazz, club music and soundtracks are on air every day.
It works exclusively with the help of students themselves.
