The Invitation to studies for international students is needed to obtain an entry visa to Ukraine.

To receive the Invitation to studies, all foreign citizens must prezent the following documents (personally or by e-mail):

1. Application Form.
2. A copy of the first page of the passport and its Ukrainian translation.
3. A copy of the document of education with the Appendix, which contains the information about academic records, and its Ukrainian translation. *
4. Concent to personal data collection and processing.
5. Data of the Company, organization or a trusted person, who can be sent the Invitation.

* The Document of education should contain the information about the system of evaluation of knowledge according to which the assigned grade.

International students, who will join to Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University, must have an entry visa type "D". In order to receive this type of visa, students are required to contact the Consular Office of Ukraine in their country and submit the following documents :

1. Application Form.
2. The Original of Invitation to Studies.
3. The original and the copy of Completion of secondary education with the Appendix which contains information about the progress, and its Ukrainian translation, certified by a notary.
4. Original and copy of Birth Certificate and its Ukrainian translation, certified by a notary.
5. Medical Certificate of Health, issued not later than two months before entry to Ukraine and Ukrainian translated, certified by a notary.
6. Photos (Matte type), size 3,5 x 4,5 cm – 6 Pcs.
