Nostrification of Foreign Diplomas and Certificates in Ukraine

Higher education in Ukraine is available for you only if your previous education documents are recognized (nostrificated) in Ukraine.

Details of the procedure of education documents recognition (nostrification) in Ukraine are posted on the website «Information and Image Center» of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (http://naric.in.ua/ru/).

To conduct nostrification procedure you must:

1. Have:

• the original education document, notarized and legalized (apostilled) in the prescribed manner, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties of Ukraine;
• the original transcript of academic records (obtained grades), notarized and legalized

2. Do:

• a copy of the education document, notarized (in Ukraine) and translated into Ukrainian language;
• a copy of the transcript of academic records (obtained grades), notarized (in Ukraine) and translated into Ukrainian language;
• a copy of the national passport, notarized (in Ukraine) and translated into Ukrainian language;
• a copy of the certificate of temporary residencein Ukraine.

3. Write:

• an application  (agreement) for working with your documents;
• an application for conducting the procedure of your documents recognition in Ukraine.

4. Pay:  at the bank for conducting the procedure of the education documents recognition in Ukraine.
