Excursion to the paleontological museum of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University
On November 19-21, 2019 the Institute of International Education organized for foreign students and listeners of the preparatory department the excursion to the paleontological museum of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University.
The visit to the paleontological museum, which is one of the ten best paleontological museums in the world and is one of the oldest museums in Ukraine, traditionally raises great interest among foreign students and listeners and helps them to get acquainted with the history and development of science at the university.

The World Science Day is celebrated every 10 November and was established by UNESCO in 2001 to highlight the important role of science in society and the need to engage the public in debates on issues that are important and relevant to the questions of science. This year, World Science Day is dedicated to the theme of "Open Science without leaving anyone behind."
